Mould making
The mould for each design is made from your drawing or sample so every part comes out with the same shape and dimensions.

Casting
Molten iron is poured into the moulds; after cooling the parts are removed and cleaned.
Casting - 03
Enamel coating
Enamel is applied to the cast parts and fired to create a durable, uniform surface.

Packaging
After final inspection the pan supports are packed and made ready for shipment.
